Motherhood is an ongoing series exploring the body, intimacy, vulnerability, and home through the experience of becoming a mother. Beginning with Hadieh's first pregnancy, she became interested in the body not simply as a physical form, but as a space that carries, protects, nourishes, and transforms life.

These works explore the body as a form of architecture, a temporary home where another life develops and where identity itself is transformed. Through layered transparent materials, organic forms, and references to Persian gardens and intimate spaces, I explore the connections between motherhood, memory, belonging, and the changing sense of self.

Motherhood has brought a deeper understanding of resilience and vulnerability. The works reflect on becoming a mother as an ongoing process of transformation, where love, uncertainty, strength, and tenderness exist simultaneously.
